Privacy Policy for Logilium
Last updated: 19 September 2026
Logilium (formerly Wordy Wonder) is the mobile puzzle app developed and published by Atkins Mobile. The developer is John Atkins, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. These are the app and developer names shown in the Google Play listing.
This policy covers the Logilium app on Android and iOS and the account
services it uses. The older wordywonder-site address remains
valid for Logilium. Contact:
atkinsonline@gmail.com.
The companion website and Community have an additional website privacy and data retention notice.
Data we process
- Account information: account identifier, email address, sign-in provider information, nickname and account preferences. Sign-in may use email/password, Google or Apple. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
- Gameplay and settings: scores, results, timings, statistics, Daily completion records and saved game state, together with settings synchronised to your account. Multiplayer uses invitations, participants, game progress and outcomes. Some progress and preferences are kept only on your device.
- App usage and technical information: signed-in game activity such as opening, starting and finishing games, difficulty, duration and outcome; app version, device model, operating-system information and check-in time. Our service providers also process technical connection and security information when you use online services.
- Notifications: device push-notification tokens linked to your account and the preferences needed to deliver notifications.
- Purchases: purchase verification information, such as receipts or purchase tokens, product and transaction identifiers, and Premium entitlement status. Apple or Google processes payment; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Support and feedback: messages, word reports, bug reports, relevant app/device details and screenshots you choose to include. Please avoid including passwords or unrelated personal information.
How we use data
- To authenticate you and provide account, synchronisation and recovery features.
- To run games, multiplayer and leaderboards, restore recorded results across devices, and enforce the Daily challenge attempt rules.
- To deliver enabled invitations, reminders, announcements and message alerts.
- To verify purchases and provide or restore Premium access.
- To answer support requests, investigate faults, understand game usage, improve the app, and protect the service against abuse.
Where applicable, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and useful service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
- Supabase: authentication, database, screenshot storage and server functions supporting accounts and online gameplay.
- Google and Apple: the sign-in provider you choose, app-store purchases and purchase verification.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service: notification delivery and the device tokens and technical information needed for that delivery.
- GitHub Pages: hosting these public policy and support pages. Visiting them involves the hosting provider processing normal web-request information.
Service providers process information needed for their role. Information may be processed outside your country under the providers' data-protection arrangements. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
What other people can see
Your nickname and published results can appear on leaderboards. Multiplayer participants can see the player identity shown for that mode and the progress or results needed to play together. Your account email address is not published on leaderboards.
Authorised administrators can access account, gameplay and technical records when needed to operate the service, investigate a problem or answer a report. Support messages and attached screenshots are not public leaderboard information.
We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
Security and storage
Online services use encrypted connections and access controls. App preferences and some game state are stored on your device; account and online-game records are stored by our service providers. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Data retention
Account and linked gameplay information is kept while your account is active or needed to provide the service. Support information is kept while needed to handle reports and related follow-up. Technical logs and backups may remain for the operational, security or legal purposes for which they are maintained; deletion from the live account does not mean immediate removal from every provider backup.
Deleting your account removes its authentication record and linked profile, results and other account-owned records. Community contributions may remain with the author account disconnected and the nickname replaced by “Former player”, so conversations remain understandable. Content you wrote can still contain information about you; you can delete your own contributions before deleting your account or contact us for help.
Apple and Google retain their own purchase and account records under their policies. See our account and data deletion page for the available options.
Your choices
You can play available guest features without creating an account. Signing in enables account-based features. You can change your nickname, sign out, manage notification permissions in your device settings, and choose whether to include a screenshot with a report.
To delete your account, open Account → Delete Account in the app and follow the confirmation steps. You can also request account deletion without the app by emailing atkinsonline@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send a password.
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information. Depending on your circumstances, rights to object, restrict processing or receive a copy of your data may also apply. You can raise a concern with your local data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
